Aged Corporations

What is the purpose of a shelf company? There are three reasons to purchase an aged shelf corporation:

1. You need a company today and cannot wait for one to be formed within the normal time process.

2. You want a company that has an older incorporation date than today.

3. An older company has more creditability than a company that just started yesterday.

You get a clean shelf company that had no activity and as such cannot have any debts or liabilities.  Unless we have stated otherwise, it has had no tax ID number and as such cannot owe any taxes.  (Some states required that we obtain EIN numbers upon registration.) Articles of formation or incorporation are included. When you buy an aged shelf corporation, we will appoint the director or manager of your choice.

What is an aged shelf corporation, shelf company, or aged corporation? These are companies that have had no activity. They were created and left with no activity and put on the shelf. These are not to be confused with Shell Corporations.
